Banana Bread

~ Makes 2 Loaves~

Ok, this is not a healthy version. This is loaded with sugar, white flour, and oil. But, it's just about the best damn banana bread I've ever had. If you know me well, you know that I've made about 1000 loaves and I mailed them all over the place. These freeze well and the recipe doubles beautifully.

I always use Free Range Eggs
 Eggs (large)       3
Veg Oil             7 ounces
Vanilla               1 tsp
 AP Flour           1 3/4 cup.
Sugar               2 1/4 cup
Cinnamon         2 tsp
Salt                  1 tsp
Baking Soda     1 tsp
Baking Powder  1/2 tsp
Bananas              5
Walnuts             1 cup
Sideways bananas

I like my bananas to be very dark and bruised...they make the best bread!

Spray 2 Loaf pans with pan spray.
~Mix the first 3 ingredients together well. Add bananas and mash. Sift all other ingredients together (except nuts) and then add in banana mix. Fold together until just mixed together. Make sure to not over mix (bread will become tough). Fold in Walnuts. Pour into 2 prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until a tester comes out with a few moist crumbs. Enjoy!
This bread is super moist
